A specialised, highly focused learning intervention designed to shift frames, mindsets, and practices around results that a skilled workforce is trying to achieve. Not a broad training event. A masterclass works when a creative or unusual perspective is required to shift behaviour in a strategically relevant direction — producing flashes of insight that reframe a situation, a challenge, a behaviour, or a role.
Our masterclasses draw on decades of applied work in cognition, professional judgment, and organisational performance. Core topics include seeing, thinking, and persuading — systemic thinking, critical reasoning, and the kind of epistemic clarity that separates people who understand a situation from people who can act on it.
Socratic, not didactic.
Our masterclasses go beyond standing and delivering facts. It entails true questioning, reframing, and creating the conditions in which people arrive at insight rather than being handed it. The format is typically between one and five hours, shaped around what the objective actually requires. In-person or hybrid.
